Innovation Center
The Samuel H. Jones Innovation Center is the first building of the planned three building complex of Phase I Development. It is located immediately north of the spine road on Gilbreth Parkway, in the southwest corner of the central campus. It consists of approximately 45,000 square feet and 425 parking spaces, arranged in a U-shaped cluster of three structures that define a screened service court.Each floor is comprised of approximately 23,000 square feet of leasable space. Rowan University’s College of Engineering (Research Facilities) and Rohrer College of Business (Business Incubator) currently occupy the first floor, along with SJTP, Inc.’s corporate offices.

The Center for Research & Education in Advanced Transportation Engineering Systems (CREATES) conducts applied and readily implementable research in transportation engineering and accelerated pavement testing.
